2012 – Dubois, Wyoming

The 2012 CWAM conference and annual meeting will be in True West Magazine’s #2 TopWestern Town: Dubois, Wyoming. Nestled in the upper Wind River Valley, Dubois is a community that stays in touch with its roots while preparing for the future. Don’t let the small population fool you. Dubois offers plenty of exciting things to enjoy: hiking in the mountains and the badlands, fishing in the Wind River (a Blue Ribbon fly fishing stream), and strolling through downtown on an historic walking tour. We have some of the oldest guest ranches in Wyoming, the largest Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep herd in North America, prehistoric high altitude dwelling and hunting sites, fine art galleries including the Headwaters Arts and Conference Center, the National Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep Interpretive Center, and of course, the Dubois Museum, which focuses on the cultural history of the Upper Wind River Valley. Come see what you’ve been missing!
