Mentor Program:
The CWAM Annual Meeting in Golden, CO, April 25-27, 2013 is fast approaching. Are you interested in being matched up with a professional in the museum field who can help guide you through the meeting or provide other professional support during the year? The CWAM Mentor Program can pair up willing Mentors and Mentees. Individuals who serve as Mentors will provide guidance, support, and a friendly face to turn to for their Mentees. If you are interested in volunteering to be either a Mentor or Mentee, please contact Isabel Tovar at mentorprogram@cwam-us.org for more information.

Scholarships:
The Colorado-Wyoming Association of Museums will award scholarships to support the attendance of the 2013 Annual Conference of the Colorado-Wyoming Association of Museums (CWAM) in Golden, CO, April 25-27, 2013. Each scholarship recipient will receive a conference registration fee waiver, and the possibility of a cash grant of $200 depending on travel and lodging needs.  The deadline for applications is Friday, March 22, 2013. Award recipients will be notified by Friday, March 29, 2013.

Refund Policy:
Full refund for registration cancellations received by the Treasurer by March 27; 50% refund for cancellations received by April 3. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. on April 3 due to costs already incurred by CWAM.

Full Registration includes:
All conference events, including: keynote; sessions/workshops/Thought Café; business lunch and evening progressive reception on Thursday; Friday night banquet; and Saturday afternoon wrap-up event.

One-Day Registrations include:
• Thursday: keynote, business lunch, Thursday sessions/workshops, break, and evening reception.
• Friday: Friday sessions/workshops, breaks, and Friday evening banquet.
• Saturday: Saturday sessions/workshops/Thought Café, break, and afternoon wrap-up event.

Hotel Information:
The Golden Hotel will serve as the main conference hotel.
Room rates are $109 for a single / $119 for double occupancy, plus applicable taxes.
